We have this new project coordinator and I've been tasked to train her for three weeks. Now I'm training her and doing most of her work because there's really no time for trial and error with all our deadlines. I'm teaching her web planning skills because she has zero web firm experience. But on top of that I'm also teaching her [advanced] powerpoint skills.
I just have one question, is it fair that she's getting paid more than I am???
